Ibiza style villa

The client wanted their second home in Moraira, a house with 100% Ibizan style essence.

The main challenge came from the starting point: a house designed with a minimalist base.

Silvia Vives Arquitectura and Rosa Teuler Interiors were responsible for transforming this base and making the client’s dream come true: creating an Ibizan-style home that surrounds the client with a sense of calm and Mediterranean light.

Our direction was clear: to choose a clean architecture, with pure lines and white volumes, combined with noble materials such as natural stone masonry and natural wood. Our goal was to maintain a balance between tradition and modernity while preserving harmony.

The entrance has a strong sense of soul: through an arch, you enter a zen space before accessing the home.

Inside, each space was designed to transmit well-being and warmth. The use of natural fibres —wicker, linen and cotton— together with wood finishes adds texture, while microcement provides a strong sense of continuity. Each bathroom was designed as a unique space. We placed special emphasis on material selection and execution, carefully supervising the work of builders, carpenters and gardeners.

The result is a project defined by the silent luxury that characterises our work: an elegance without ostentation, lived and felt through our selection of noble materials, recovered elements and carefully crafted finishes, enhancing Mediterranean light and a calm that is truly lived.
